  • The Carver Parent Party is the largest fundraiser of the year!  This yearly tradition brings together the Carver parent community for a vintage night of fun and glamour, while raising funds for our beloved children of Carver Elementary.


  • Funds raised at the Parent Party support many enrichment programs and essential positions at Carver Elementary. A few examples include:

    • All school field trips

    • Assemblies

    • Science program & science fair

    • Music, dance enrichment, and PE equipment

    • STEM materials

    • Library resources

    • Book fair 

    • Lunar New Year celebration

    • Health and safety initiatives

    • Noon aides 

    • Teacher appreciation events
      …and much, much more!

  • This year’s theme is Old Hollywood Noir — think the glitz of the red carpet colliding with the intrigue of a 1940s detective story. Glamorous gowns, sharp suits, and a hint of mystery are perfect ways to stay on theme!

    • Ladies: Channel vintage 1940s starlets in slinky gowns or dark, dramatic silhouettes. Elegant modern evening wear also works if you’d rather add your own twist.

    • Gentlemen: A classic tux, modern suit, or go full noir with a fedora and trench coat worthy of a silver-screen detective.

    Whether you sparkle like a Hollywood star or brood like a film noir sleuth, dress to impress for a night of vintage glamour and mystery.


  • Self-parking is available at the Marengo Avenue parking structure. From there, walk across the pedestrian bridge to Noor.

    ✨ Bonus: Paid parking vouchers are included with Studio Head and Platinum Marquee sponsorship levels.


  • We warmly welcome all new Carver families! When purchasing tickets, you’ll have the option to:

    • Request to sit with specific friends.

    • Ask to be seated with other parents from your child’s grade.

    It’s a wonderful way to meet new people and connect with the Carver community.


  • There will be 12 seats per table at the Parent Party.

  • Amazing — thank you! The Parent Party relies on generous donations from our community. We’re seeking:

    • Vacation stays

    • Sports tickets & concert passes

    • Exclusive experiences & tours

    • Jewelry, luxury goods, and in-kind donations

    • Brand new items like gaming consoles or tech

    No matter the size, every donation helps! Donations can be submitted HERE. 

  • We are so grateful for local business support! Sponsorships offer meaningful recognition opportunities, which may include:

    • Event signage & banners

    • Recognition in the event program and website

    • Mentions in Carver’s weekly Friday Flash email newsletter

    • A Walk of Fame Star at the event

    • Premium ad placements for higher sponsorship tiers

    Businesses can explore sponsorship levels and contribute Business Sponsorships 

  • Fixed Bid Parties are buy-in events generously hosted by Carver families — and they sell out fast! These exclusive gatherings are a beloved tradition and range from kid-centered fun to unforgettable parent nights out.

    For Kids: Gingerbread house decorating, cupcake classes, golf instruction, exclusive science lab tours (USC & Caltech), and special minimum-day activities.

    For Parents: Wine tastings, floral arranging workshops, and the legendary Carver Dad’s Poker Night.

    ✨ Guests at the Parent Party will have the very first chance to buy into this year’s Fixed Bid Parties before they’re gone! Don’t miss out — these spots are limited and always sell out quickly.

    with eggplant, garlic, onions, red and green bell peppers and tomato fondue on a bed of herbaceous quinoa
